The presets use published US rates as of October 14, 2026. Etsy: 6.5% transaction fee, 3% + $0.25 payment processing and a $0.20 listing fee per sale. Shopify Basic: 2.9% + $0.30. Square in person: 2.6% + $0.15. Percentage fees also apply to shipping you charge the buyer (on Etsy, the 6.5% and the 3% both do), so enter that in step 4. Platforms change their fees and rates differ by country, so check your own fee page. Every number is editable.
